By commissioning me of custom artwork, you agreed to the terms as below:

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media unless requested otherwise.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the commission is under a subject I do not do.

I will try my best to finish the commission asap however please be patient and understanding.

Please be kind! Any disrespect will not be tolerate and the commission will be terminated.

If you want a private commission, please tell me before we start. For commercial price, please enquire.

Deadlines and refund

The typical deadline is 2 - 4 weeks, customer must enquire first before ordering the commission if they have a specific deadline they want the commission to be done before.

The deadline is affected by the time customers reply. Refund is not accepted if the deadline is missed because customers take too long to reply/ give suggestion.

Refund 100% or compromise compensation method if I (the artist) was unable to finish the commission.

Refund from 10-60% or compromise compensation method if I (the artist) missed the deadline depend on how long the time was missed.

(Not applicable to if the commission missed the deadline because of customers lateness in responding.)

How it usually go

Before commissioning, I will send over the rough sketch for your reviews. If happy, you can proceed to order the commission. Commission must be paid in full after rough sketch confirmation.

As I work on your commission, I will send updates along the way. Please don’t hesistate to tell me if anything need to be adjusted then. Additional fees will be charged if you wish to fix a large details after.

Feedback and refund won’t be deal with 30 days after I (the artist) has already finished the order.

You will receive a png file in 1695x2393 px or vise versa (B5 size). The artwork will be shared via a google drive folder; which wil contain a version with background, and a version with no background (unless said otherwise).

Additionally, a version with a small nametag of I (the artist) will also be shared. While it is not required, I will greatly appreciated it if you can choose the version with my nametag, if you wish to upload the commissioned artwork to social media:)

Please remember to make a backup of the folder, as it may get deleted 90 days after the commission is finished. I (the artist) will not be responsible for any for any loss of files or data after this period.
